Q: When will my item(s) be shipped?

Due to the unfortunate circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic and the various production times of print providers, please allow up to 3-7 business days for processing and shipping.

Q: Some of my items arrived before others, when will the rest be delivered?

Some items may reach you before others due to the difference in production times in print providers. Your items will be shipped as soon as they finish in production, so be sure to keep track on all items with the tracking number you are provided.

Q: How can I track my order? 

After purchasing an item, a confirmation email should be sent along with a tracking number to keep up with the status of your order. 

Q: Can I exchange or refund an item?

Yes, if the item is eligible and in the original packaging. Item must be unused and returned with 30 days.
